Tonight's dinner featured seafood. Local wild-caught Pacific rockfish fried on ghee with two sides: cooked Jasmine rice and mozzarella stuffed portobello mushrooms. It was easy to cook and tasted great!

Mushroom stuffing is parmesan and mozzarella. Recipe: https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/michael-chiarello/mozzarella-stuffed-portobellos-recipe-1950323 (I didn't add bread crumbs).

I have not eaten rockfish although I have seen it in the store. If you ever see thrasher shark sold in your part of the country, give it a try. It is my favorite to BBQ

Kenna, I live in Bay Area in California. Have never seen thrasher shark around - at least not in fresh fish departments. How do you grill it?
