so I've lost 5 lbs in 24 hours, I know its mostly water weight and the first couple weeks of any diet you lose a pretty good amount at first and then slow down dramatically so i'm not going to get too excited because next week I could only lose a half a pound!
237.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ashley, go ahead, get excited. You have lost 5 pounds. Whether it is water or fat, you still lost 5 POUNDS. That is 5 pounds toward your goal. Good work, and congratulations!! Keep going, dear, you are on your way!
