Lunch (to break my fast): flaxseed pancakes with sugar-free syrup, 3 slices of bacon, and cold brew coffee with half&half (I couldn’t finish the glass).
Snacks: honeydew and strawberries (not pictured), almonds, and slim fast smoothie mix with almond milk
