Yep! Complete a couple of online Calorie counters on yourself and decide what activity you are at. I just use sedentary. Get some basic understanding at Perfect Keto or Diet Doctor on how and why KETO works. Note the percentages of Carbs, Fats and Proteins the Keto diet works best on. Start tracking your foods here and try to stay close to 10% carbs, 20% protein, and 70% good clean fats!

Crazy when you understand how so much of the processed food industry seems to be pushing a less than natural nutrient product on us. I like how Keto shows us that sticking with fresh lower carb foods at proper serving sizes is really optimal for good health!

60pack you are so right. Sticking to Keto, you can easily be “forced” into eating whole unprocessed foods. Not that we all do, all the time 😁 🥓🥓🥓

Awesome!! Make sure to get a bottle of magnesium! You’re gonna need to keep up with electrolytes. That is the one thing no one told me about when I first started Keto that I wish I would have known about.

When eating low carb, the body sheds salt. Be sure to have extra or to supplement. You can also have salty broth or bouillon 1 or 2 times per day.

Salt: most of the salt Americans consume is in processed food. If you are sticking to food that you are preparing, you can and should add salt to taste. There's very little in non processed food.
