Day 25 WL day, I don’t know what is going on. Perhaps I’m expecting too much, perhaps I should stop weighing everyday... I expect a better result especially after exercising quite hard. I have gone to take the blood test for Thyroid... looking forward to that result... I guess this is just to eliminate that possibility... but not sure how I’m feeling emotionally right now...
193.3 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
