Still no weight loss. I feel so hopeless BUT I am not giving up. I WON"T. I started a modified version of Atkins Tuesday. So far I am struggling hard with eliminating most carbs. I cannot eat meat and my go to meals are the smart one's pastas. I think I will get there it is just about creating new habits. My go to dinner will have to be grilled shrimp and roasted veggies. Lunches-salad and some kind of protein-tofu/chicken breast?

I feel so guilty and selfish eating chicken-it's so easy though....

The fat consumption on Atkins scares me too, so I have modified that as well. Egg "product" instead of real eggs. I hate eggs but am forcing self to have them for breakfast. 2 eggs are 14 g of fat. I cannot do that! So today I had the fat free egg product and I am feeling quite vomitous. Perhaps I will be too sick to eat lunch. THAT may be the "diet" that ends up working here-good old fashioned nausea!

Adding more cardio to my exercise too. Ran/walked 2 miles on Wednesday. Will do at least that today.

Good lord girl, don't force yourself to eat something that makes you want to hork! There must be other protein that you enjoy that you can eat for breakfast. Think outside the box! You can have bacon or chicken! If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you need to eat things you enjoy. Good luck!
