Woke at 213.8, the same as yesterday. All the excess body water has been squeezed out during the long weekend, so this must be body fat. I was at 202 before my July vacation, so I just have to keep after it. Will continue OMAD with 1500 calorie dinners. Just did ketone levels and they were .4 mm upon waking. Not in ketosis yet, but should get there before eating today (which will be a bit early as a friend is coming over for Labor Day burgers at around 2). I'm also going to drink my 3 cups of water with Apple Cider Vinegar, a mug of coffee with a squirt of liquid Stevia, and my morning supplements (non-oil based). I will measure ketones again in 40 minutes to see if these beverages and supplements had any affect on my ketone levels. Happy Labor Day, fellow Americans! And all the best to my international friends. UPDATE: Took blood ketone readings again after 45 minutes. Got a .5 mm reading! Happy to report that none of the following affected blood ketones: black coffee, liquid stevia, water, magnesium citrate pill, turmeric pill, Lasix pills, aspirin, stool softener. That is good to know. I had worried that these were knocking me out of ketosis as I fasted all day until dinner. Back at it!
