I'm feeling lazy today, and a little headachy and thinking of skipping the kickbox cardio class i had planned on taking today and maybe just going for a quick jog.... but that is probably definitley a bad idea considering i've only lost 2.6 pounds and have already hit a plateau... so my plan is to up the work outs (i had been pretty lazy up until now) and be more mindful of my eating on the weekends. Up until now i never even bothered entering my weekend calories, because i was afraid to see how much i was eating/drinking and i think that was definitley sabotaging my efforts.
