193d 晚餐 / 2份清燙青菜,一打開很香,老闆用雞高湯幫我燙的,2個🌞蛋 / 今上班午餐沒吃到麥當當😭😭,所以吃了 炸排骨飯 彌補受傷的心,忘記帶手機,配菜:番茄炒蛋、炒高麗菜、炒超漂亮的四季豆、1/3碗白飯,老闆还特地給我挑了塊好排骨,很好吃,到現在还很飽~~

一大碗青菜超佔胃空間的 超飽 纖維質其實很容易把胃撐大 🤔🤔

對哦… 其實蔬菜纖維很易飽的 (愛吃生菜沙拉的人的經驗😋) 不過一下吃太多也容易脹氣就是了😓
