Waking up them endorphins....good Thursday mornin...Yeap...516am...just got done with a 35 min workout..7.6 miles...and them endorphins are up an moving for a change...woke up at 3am...listened to part of the 15day challenge you tube video I been listening to...and the rest is sweat...and I get to record another loss before my workout..I do weigh after workout..but record before...easier to hit the before next day...
Therapy yesterday was another tiresome workout and showed improvement when they took measurements..it’s great to be tired after therapy for a change...I slept 7straight hours last night..covers never moved..bed will be easy to make in a few..
Today is prep day...out of cut up lettuce..eggs need boiled..just makes it so nice to be organized...less time in kitchen rest of the days..
Tummy is growling..that’s a great sound...sayin feed me..but got a few more things to do before breakfast...minor things..but let tummy really be growling...lol..
Well..mind is clear an mellow..journal is done once again...
