OH DEAR OH DEAR!!!! must hang my head in shame , my husband had a weeks holiday and we have been out for meals and mothers day last weekend so the diet is well and truly broken. I am terrible once I go off the rails and just seem to want to eat all the time. He is back to work Monday and have resolved to eat well and sensibly and exercise as well. I must do this if I don't want to look like a beached whale on my holiday in May. HELP!!!!! I need some encouragement.

Don't be so hard on yourself! We all have those days! Just pick yourself up and start over. Do NOT give in to those feelings! That is what I used to do too,and it is no good. Don't look back, press forward!
