Some Penne Pasta, with large grilled shrimp, shallots, spinach, onion, red pepper, and Jalapeno pepper. Plus a little crushed reg pepper to add a little bit of heat. for lunch I had a Red Robin burger with a lettuce bun, if you can believe it.

all in all a good day food wise, not to many carbs and not too many calories....
