I am going to try this again and post the contents and values of my meal. Last time I calculated it wrong by 41 kcals! Spam 84g 270 kcal, potatoes 4 oz 150 kcal, cheese mozzarella stick cut ½ 50 kcal, broccoli ½ cup 26 kcal , corn 2 oz 49! Total Fat 34, Carbs 40, Protein 23, RDI 27! Complete total 545 kcal! I am trying to eat the same things that my family is eating, without going overboard. By me tracking my meals it helps me stay in control of my RDI. By posting it might help someone else. I look at y’alls post and get suggestions as to what I might want to eat! Thank Y’all and GBY!
