Hey y’all!! Just started working with my nutritionist again. Any recommendations for healthy options that do not include banana, avocado, or citrus?? I have allergies to those foods and many recipes call for substituting fats with avocado and bananas. Getting a little tired of grilled chicken, turkey taco salad, and mixed greens. Any advice would be great!! I’m doing Keto now and have kept my daily caloric intake under 1000, sugars under 8g per day, and carbs under 50g.
