Wahoo My hubby and I are BOTH losing weight. I know for me it comes from eating Greek yogurt twice a day,( (not the added "everything" kind) PACKING MY LUNCHES and Snacks to take to work. I also have been doing some major portion control (down to normal serving sizes) Every evening I find something extra to do around the house (mostly cleaning) so I wont sit in front of our computer or t.v. all evening. My Hubby has also been watching his portions with my help. I used to make MORE than enough to feed our family for dinner and leftovers (7 people). I have been making a lot of freeze ahead meals with fresh ingredients most dishes serve 7-8 people which happens to be right on target. Love seeing those # go down.
