BF= 39.9% Still having trouble with sluggish colon and sleep patterns so probably a major factor and also have felt hungry lately so not sure what is going on but today starts the new week and will keep going 😊
Total loss this week= 1.2 lbs
179.4 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
