I woke up this during the middle of the night and realized that if I didn't get back on track, I would be this same size in a month, 6 months or even a year from now. That is not what I want. I want to get back on track and keep losing. I had lost 74 pounds up until last fall, then slowly have gained about 25 back. I need to get focused again and get those 25 off and then get the rest off slowly and for the last time. I found fatsecret by accident in a blog entry on another weight loss site. I decided to give it a try.
