Lost a couple of days to travel and travel exhaustion, but didn't go too far off the rails with food/beverages - going back to tracking today! It was two very long days of travel - 12 & 15 hours - not used to that anymore. Won't be going to BC in the summer again - going back to spring travel to BC - before the wildfires start. Saying goodbye was as hard as ever, but hopefully they'll be coming to see us at Christmas. Picked up the dog yesterday from the kennel and glad to be settling in to life at home again. Took DIL to a Dr. appointment yesterday and they came for dinner last night. Going to a party this evening, visiting out of town family tomorrow, kayaking Sunday and returning to work on Monday. It's been a great 3 weeks - didn't get much done off my to-do list but who cares. I think I might need to hire a handy-man for a half day... hubby's not a handyman - seriously great at so many things but not handyman stuff. I can do a lot of things but when it comes to putting holes in walls i think I'd rather pay someone to do it right the first time LOL! Hope everyone has a great day and a super weekend!
