Realizing that while I can see my progress by how much I’m gaining each week, fs only tracks lbs lost.. so I’ll forever be in the red on this journey. Either way, tracking my calories has been a really positive thing for me. I feel like I have more energy at work since I’ve put on a few pounds while still eating fairly healthy (everything in fair proportions) and working out at home. I’m looking forward to adding more muscle weight 😁
