Wake up, pinch belly fat and notice it has reduced. Step on scale and see good trend.

Felt ready for breakfast, and inn mood for bacon. Fried up five pan fulls, plus a pan full of five small eggs. Still hungry, and finish off with a sausage.

See I met my protein-per-meal goal. Bit high on the fat side, but still far less than what will be burned off on the bike ride.

Cannot recall having had five pan fulls of bacon as a meal before. Bit weird, but see a chance to metabolism brought up to a good place down the line.
