OK, so I did great up until Spring Break and thought I would be able to get back on track and now it's been about a month later and I'm just getting around to getting back on track...

I ate really well today.

I walked 1.2 miles at work.
I did my 30 minute weight lifting routine.
I drank my protein
I rode 8 miles in 30 minutes on my stationary bike.

Day 1.....Success!!
