Doing out the math of the calorie deficts, i should have lost 3 pounds by now! but somehow ive only lost 1. I dont really understand what the matter is. I must be eating too much fat still! grr im weighing in tomorrow morning and hopefully i will have lost atleast another pound.

Because other things factor in to the calorie in/calorie burned scenario. Things such as your metabolism, the kinds of foods you are eating, sodium content in the food you eat, sore muscles from exercise, etc. But if you are on plan and exercising, then you know it will eventually show up on the scale (it just doesn't always show up when you want it to). You are doing fine.

I am having the same problem! I read today that for my BMI of 34% I should only intake about 30-40g of fat a day, and I have been in-taking like 80-90g a day! So I am going to cut that down and see what happens. Also I have been exercising as well and it will pay off sooner or later...you got to keep faith. That's why dieting isn't easy...you don't ever see the results when you want to. I know how you feel! lol
