Gosh, its been forever since I posted. What can I say, I gain, I lose, I gain, I lose...so yesterday I was 132.8 and today I was 136. I ate a lot more than I should have for Mothers Day, so Im compensating today and going lean meat for the rest of the week.
My GOAL is 129.8. I absolutely want to see that number in 2 weeks. This will happen IF I post all my food I eat and IF I post a weigh-in every day and IF I dont cheat. Oh yeah..the low carb thing helps too :)
