I felt like spoiling myself today! Breakfast turnips, egg scrambled w/ spinach, peppers, onions, salami & cheese, topped with avocado and strawberries on side. 6 months going strong on Keto! I love how this woe works! 50lbs gone and never coming back!

Ok just reading your first post. Just wondering how long did you go at less than 20 carbs before you feel you were in Ketosis?

We used to use acid strips to find out if we were in ketosis. I only had to get to 30 or 35 carbs.

@60pack I'm going to guess about a month, that's when I said in a group I'm in that I had bad breath and needed to brush more and take more showers. Lol I stunk. Lol but it totally went away, thank goodness.
