Hi guys,
My trainer at the gym took my measurements and I shrunk some more, that is always great, but I don't think I lost as much weight as I did on the previous Detox back in May I think I only loss between 3-5 pounds that sucks, but he says its because I have an established workout schedule and I am more fit then the average beginner. I need those numbers to move, but I will be happy with what I get because there is always Phase II and I think the added protein will balance me out. So here is to kicking butt and not pulling my hair out tomorrow morning on weigh in-if I have a small loss I'll rejoice for it. ...A loss is a loss and that means I no longer carry it on my body. The support here has been soooooo great I love it and love you guys...enough rambling here’s my menu for today:
