I am not working well at this weight loss project. Too much intake. Not enough exercise. I have almost two weeks (11 days) left in August. Let's see what I can do. Now that the heat wave has broken I am going to get my 10k steps in, gym twice a week, and hold my calorie count to 1200 a day or less. Getting back from vacation and seeing my house with fresh eyes was a rough way to get home. Too much stuff! Everything in the wrong place! Went on a shopping spree Saturday and revived my downsizing plan AGAIN! Daughters are both moving September 1, so maybe I can get them to take stuff or else the junk guy has to come right after Labor Day. Hope you are having a great Monday!

Good luck with all of that, Abbadabba! You have definitely been a lot more successful than me with your downsizing. And now we are bringing stuff from my dad's house (within reason so far, but still...).

You can get back to the weight loss and hopefully the stress of the house will calm down soon - I have gotten rid of a lot of stuff in the past year or two and I still have too much - working on it slowly but surely. Have a great Monday, too!

ABBA you can do it! We have very similar RDI’s and exercise routines- if u bump into a problem again with the heat, just reward yourself with a swim after! It works for me. I can’t stand the heat
