Good Monday morning, fs!

I am rested and significantly less sore today, so ready to work out. I feel bloated and fat today. It's funny, every day i worry that i am not going to be able to do the workout, even though i obviously can! Similarly, i keep worrying that my program isn't going to work. Even though it obviously is!

So my takeaway is, for whatever reason, my mind is trying to sabotage me. So i just have to keep "acting as if" and putting in the work.

It is cool and stormy. I love it but the dog does not.

Tomorrow the new fridge (of my dreams) is coming. Yay! So i have to deal with cleaning out the old fridge and moving it. Rm took out cabinet above last night, as the new fridge is taller than the old one, and that cabinet is useless. So i also need to prep and paint the wall. Little by little ...

New appliances!! Our microwave went out over the weekend. So many choices nowadays.

Happy dance for the new fridge! Glad you overcome the un-motivational feelings. Some of my best workouts happen those days. I just train backwards.

Oh, a dream frig - sounds wonderful! Love that you are hanging in there despite what your head says - sometimes they can be so annoying! Keep on doing what you are doing - you are such a great inspiration!

Ty mjgh06, keillin, tahoebrun, adamevegod1! Super excited about the fridge, and got the other one moved. Rm said we won't be able to paint by tomorrow (wall needs patching and sanding) so my work on that is done for now. @tiffany, haha, this kitchen reno has taken so long it spans a camera and three phones worth of pix, lol. I can def post b/a. It is exciting to see it coming together. @claypotbaker, i know i was just saying who inew there were so many appliance variations? @nikeit and tomlong, you are so kind and supportive!

Jen, you need to just keep making it while your head keeps telling you you're faking it! The exact opposite of fake it 'till you make it! You're doing it the better way...lol!
