I know that the scale does not reflect exactly what I have done for this week but I am not going to let get me down. I am going back to my original way of weighing in, I am only going to weigh once a week. I had been reading that that some way everyday to see the way their bodies go up and down. I do not find that helpful for me. I lost 3 pounds in a week and I should be very proud but hanging in the back of my mind is the 5 that the scaled showed Friday. For me I am back to weighing once a week.
