today i am serious about my diet, it's hard to get serious since I had this minor procedure and am not supposed to exercise for a couple weeks, but today the diet is going to be in full effect (i hope!!) I'm trying to drink 16 ounces of water 30 mins before every meal. I'm going to the Playboy Mansion saturday, if that doesn't give me motivation it's hard to believe that anything will!
