What a horrible weekend for weight watching. It was constant eating out, and I was only able to plan one of the four trips. :-( The good news, it appears I only gained one pound. The bad news, I had only lost one pound, so I'm back to square one. Hopefully I can make more progress this week. I have four upcoming parties to attend spread out over the next month and a half, then possibly followed by a week vacation. It may be tricky to navigate the party food temptation. Maybe I should start fasting now in preparation. :-)

At least you are even instead of being up. I can be so hard eating out with friends and going to parties. I find eating before going to the party helps, but chocolate is my weakness, so not always.
