Was a long weekend. Had Birthday party for 9 year old. went really good but died on the diet. I Can't resist their bread. Sorry bad me. Then at my class during the day they served salad and soup for lunch. I was so cold at lunch time I had to eat some soup. So I was doomed from the beginning.
Yesterday we went to the RV, Boat and sport show. They don't serve low carb foods at these events. Wasn't all that bad though, kids got a huge bag of kettle corn. Only had a couple of had fulls. Then went to kfc only got a grilled chicken sandwitch. By the time we got home it was to cold and late to run. So going to run today and go for a couple mile walk.
Told hubby not going to cheat at all till we go to Reno in 2 weeks. Really going to have to watch what I put in my mouth and what is around me. Make sure there is no temptations.

Good job turning your off program eating into motivation to do better. It sounds like you could have headed off a lot of the temptations if you had planned ahead and brought some "legal" food along to help you out. You might have been able to keep your resolve in the face of the next temptation instead of feeling "doomed from the beginning". Today is a new day to start afresh! Have a good one!
