I woke up early again today full of energy and ready to move. I got more house work then usual done and enjoyed doing it. I did more home exercises to and was able to do 30 minutes today instead of yesterday's 10 minutes.I will keep working on this and try to extend it it 10 minutes more each day. I am starting to regain my self confidence, self esteem, and self respect back and it feels great hopefully before long I will feel like my old self again. Thank you to everyone here at fat secret for the inspiration and encouragement and support. You have all been A wonderful help.
