Dragon Goddess's Journal, 16 August 2018

It's been another busy day it seemed. My grocery shopping took me longer today but I had A long list of groceries. Spent A bit of time sitting in the car while my roommate ran errands as well as his mom. I did about 10 minutes of crunches, leg lifts and sit ups which for me as A beginner is pretty good for A month ago I couldn't last A minute. I will keep trying to go longer. Tomorrow I will aim for 15 - 20 minutes. I did manage to get in about A 10 minute walk before the heat and humidity got to be too much for me. I'm still adjusting to being more active then I was before I moved. Time to go soak in A cool tub and cool off and relax before heading to bed.
