Second day of insulin reset. Had a headache last night and my sleep was restless. Got up and ate 1 cup of watermelon at 6 am. Headache now gone at 6:45. Yesterday stayed under 100 grams of carbs.
131.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
