how did i lose 1.6 pounds this week? increased my calories, but didnt exercise much. confused...
133.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Sometimes eating more produces a bigger loss because you fuel your metabolism. Weight loss is also cumulative, so what we do over weeks can show up later on. Take the loss and run with it, lol.
