Kathy explained to me the importance of motility in the gut i.e. having a complete elimation every morning and how this could be affecting my weight loss. So we added a few things until the body's adjusted and regular: Colace for 1 WK, then as needed, plus Psyllium husk caps and Senna to help move things along. Hopeful for next week 😊
