It's a new day, a new week and I'm ready to take it on. I'm down only .2 from last Monday but it's down so I'll take it.
It's been two weeks since I read "Never Binge Again" and I've done pretty good. I know I need to come up with some more rules but the ones I created I've followed. No ice cream for two week! Cruella, my pig, is not a happy camper. Too bad! That's huge for me. I just need to exercise more and things should start moving down more.
