TracyHi, thanks so much! I’m so encouraged so far...and it hasn’t been difficult or challenging at all! I lost 10 before FS so hav lost a total now (as of today) of 21.5 pounds. Amazing! How is your progress coming along?

Well- if I can get the nerve to step on the scale soon, I will find out how I did this week. ugh...I am not feeling like doing it this morning.
