Woohoo! Finally! Another all time low!!! This is awesome! I hope it keeps going down this way. It seems my magic number is 1200-1400 calories after all. Maybe I've been eating too much until now? I don't know. Or my "muscle-building" phase has stopped and my "catching up" phase is here? I'm sooo happy! Now if I can keep it this way...
148.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
