Hit my 10,000 steps in one day goal. And I still have my 2 mile run to go. My work day was so nuts... I got 5 miles of walking done! Now I’m finally home with my leftover salad from last night with a little arugula mixed in... and a little extra greenery on the side to unwind. 😉
