Well here goes, my first day decided to give this a go as have been using my fitness pal and dont find it that acurate, ne who new day new start :)

welcome- Ive been using FS for a year and a bit, and I love it, use it every day! I have hte app on my phone as well. Its really helped me, and ive met some great people!

i first saw app on phone and downloaded it, i have been using mfp but this 1 looks so much better x
