Day 3...woke up feeling good ready to start my day. Last nigh I worked late so I started to think about my fast and got hungry. Which Ofcourse is a change from 2 days ago when my body didn’t want anything. So I attributed the hunger to tiredness and late night habits. And behold I was correct. Woke up today feeling good, with energy and ready to go. There’s a big bbq event that’s happening on the 18th and I think that day will be my biggest challenge. Let’s see how that goes. I’ve lost 5lbs so far, but I’m inclined to think it’s only water weight...idk?!?

I would expect it to be water weight. Finishing my 7 day fast now (will be done at 1pm) and have done 4 day fasts twice. So, not like I'm that experienced yet. LOVE that you're feeling good and ready to start your day. I had the opposite experience - totally exhausting - I'm assuming since my body has so many issues all my energy went to repair so none left for me to enjoy! Really thought I'd last more than 7 days but body and life said nope 7 days is all for this one. Good journey to you on your fast! And keep posting.

@vam49 thanks!!! Yeah I’m a little surprised too since my research said I would be tired by day 3/4 so let’s see how the rest of the week goes. And kudos to you. 7 days is awesome. Maybe extend it???

Nope I'm done for this fast. It was a real challenge and I would have loved to go longer for the healing aspect but life had other plans. Broke fast today and have to be 100% for next week. Planning another healing water fast in about 2 months though. Following you so I'll get to see updates on yours:)
