Been doing sit ups and push ups the last two nights!! SO SORE! Will press through so I can get the results I desire!

i know and u never notice it until u stretch for that dedonkey donk peanut butter on the top shelf then BAM ur stomach cramps,like its saying oh no u didn't!!
