So even though I decided only to weigh on Mondays I could not resist this morning after my victory with the size 10 jeans so I weighed in and sure enough 1 pound gone! Hopefully my plateau is OVER!

finding hidden carbs and getting rid of them will certainly increase your success. It is awesome to see results like the pants, I get more excited over those kind of things then the twitchy scale.
