Thanks, y’all. Extra 30 hides in my gut, back, thighs and butt. I’ve always had muscular legs from running, surfing, hiking and biking. I’ve fallen off my fitness wagon the last few years and it’s all just turned to mush and fat. I saw my body change into something I wasn’t happy with and I decided I needed to change.
I appreciate y’all saying “you don’t need to” but the fact of the matter is, I do. I know my own body and I’m not at my healthiest this way. I was running marathons. I was doing strenuous day bikes with my husband. We traveled the country and biked/hiked/climbed all the highest Peaks. When he got sick he stopped and slowly I did, too. Now I can barely run a mile without being exhausted. I know I’m not at my peak. I hope you realize my goals are not strictly for weight, but endurance and fitness as well. I’m also doing this for him. He’s having surgery today and goddess willing it will turn out okay and doctors will finally be able to properly care for him. My hopes are by staying strong and getting back to what we used to do together it can inspire him and give him some hope that we can return to our life before this mystery disease took over him. I miss him terribly and this has been a good outlet for me to try to have a normal life while he’s away being treated.
Again, I appreciate the compliments and feedback.

i agree, Nikeit; She's got a flat stomach and everything. She doesn't look like she has any weight to lose.
