Aack! Weekend time which means less self control when it comes to eating. I don't have access to Fat Secret on the weekends since I only use my Blackberry at home and it doesn't seem to work well when I try to access it.

I didn't realize until just now that I had made plans with two different friends to eat out twice today (lunch and dinner). So I'm going to REALLY force myself to only have a salad at lunch (with light dressing on the side) and for dinner I'll let myself have my FAVORITE dish from the best vegetarian restaurant in the city, Padmanadi: Currie 'Chicken' with Basmati rice. YUMMMM!!! I'm going to try to limit my rice though since only half a cup is about 100 calories and it's so easy to go crazy with that curry sauce with the rice (just for 2 cups of rice I'd already looking be at 400 calories).

So time for some self control! This also means since I've joined the group "No sugar for 4 weeks" that I can't have my usual Saturday night candy-fix. Zoinks!! How am I going to do it????
