Well, I know what to do when I get to maintenance. I seem to be holding steady pretty comfortably! But that is not the plan. It's just been too hot to stick to 10000 steps and I have been too lazy and too social to get my food act together. Going away to the beach to visit my mom tomorrow til Sunday, so there will one more level of accountability, she is great feeding me healthy stuff and tasty as she has many years of dieting under her belt! She's a good influence for my health so it will be a great vacation. I will get to sync her fitbit too so we can keep up with each other when my vacation is over. I have to say that my friends are very supportive and are working on continuing to get healthier and healthier as we age, so I am lucky that way. And the farmer: apparently he did suffer jetlag although he didn't think he would and was not able to drive the 3 hours to dance in 90-degree weather with no air conditioning, so texted this morning a big explanation as to where he was, what he was up to, work issues, etc. - maybe this Mercury in retrograde is affecting us so I am trying not worrying about this, as it seems to be ongoing and moving bit by slug's-pace bit! Happy Tuesday!
