BF= 39.5%. No lbs lost, despite burning over 2,000 cals yesterday, but maybe I am building muscle? Did have my freedom day this week.
184.8 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
