It will be 3 weeks this coming Tuesday that I turned to the Keto WOE, and I was pleasantly surprised this morning...a few weeks ago I went to wear a pair of shorts that I probably hadn’t worn yet this summer, and I was inches from being able to put them on. It mad me sad, but I quickly got mad and fought back with a fire burning inside, i.e., I kicked myself in the ass hard! This morning I struggled a bit with the thought of trying those shorts on, thinking what if they still don’t fit, it hasn’t even been 3 weeks, and it wouldn’t do my any emotional favors for them not to fit. But the scale says they should fit, so go for it, so I did. End of story, I’m happy in those shorts today...my live handles are going away!
