although i have recorded more or less what i have eaten i haven't recorded on fs for a week, my boyfriend had flu and now i am down with it, also picked up 2 kilos so not happy with myself. Trying to get back on the road again, will have to wait till i am well for the exercise routine....i seem to just get back into it and then something happens and exercise takes a back seat. I have set myself 4 months to get to my goal weight....anyway have an awsum week all and keep it up. Just a question i have been reading about the keto diet, does it work and how is it. I see they eat alot of butter, so not into that...
